Ms. Ankita Shrivastav is the company secretary for the Investment Manager and joined the Investment Manager in June 2018. Ankita joins SVL with 6 year experience in compliance team for handling matter relating to Companies Act, secretarial audit, RBI matters, company incorporation, IPO and postal ballot of listed companies.
Prior to SVL, she was working with D.A. Kamat & Co. Mumbai where she performed secretarial audit and other compliance of listed companies, banking companies, government companies, unlisted public companies and Section 8 companies as per the provisions of the Companies Act. She began her career involved in preparation of documents for and conducting board meetings, RBI compliance, ROC compliance, and other regulatory compliance for clients including Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited, SBI Capital Limited, SBI Foundation, Stock Holding Corporation Limited, Aurangabad Industrial Township Limited and Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

Anuja – Anuja has close to 15 years of holistic experience in managing Human Capital across functions like talent acquisition and leadership hiring, talent development & succession planning, Organization development and change management, compensation & benefits management to name a few. She started her career in the insurance industry, working with Tata AIG General Insurance Company, later moved to India Ratings & Research Pvt Ltd, a Fitch Group Company as the Head Human Resource, India. She has more than 10 years of experience in leadership role as head of the human resources function and has been part of various committees like Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) as the Presiding Officer and Executive Management committee of the company.

Anuja has graduated in B.Com (Hons.) from Jadavpur University and did her PGDBM in Human Resources. She has also specialised in OD & Change Management from ODA & TISS.

Pawan has over 17 years of diverse experience across segments such as securities, mutual fund, project finance, etc. He started his career with Deloitte Haskins and Sells and moved on to Kotak Securities Ltd. Following that, he worked with AMC’s like BOI AXA Investment Manager and LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management. He has joined us from Suguee Group, where he held the position of CFO. In his 10 years of leadership while working with the renowned financial institutions, he has helped companies to set-up their various businesses.

Pawan completed his graduation in commerce from Mumbai University in 2002 and has held a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institution of Chartered Accounts of India since 2005.

Akshay serves on the board of investee companies and is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Execution, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies, Fund Raising and Stakeholder Management.
Akshay has over 17 years’ experience in Private Equity, Principal Investments and Advisory roles with leading domestic and international investors. He started his career with the India Infrastructure Fund (a ~USD 1 Billion Infrastructure Fund managed by IDFC Alternatives) and has since worked with multiple private equity and principal investors. His previous experience includes working with CapAleph Private Equity, GMR Infrastructure, and MAPE Advisory Group.
At CapAleph, Akshay handled the Infrastructure Support Services and Education & Skill Development segments for the Fund. At GMR Infrastructure, Akshay was part of the Project Finance team working on the road sector where he submitted multiple bids to the NHAI. He has been part of teams that have invested over USD 100 Million in the Indian infrastructure space.
Akshay holds a PGDM/MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.

Having a market presence of 13+ years in the field of sustainability and ESG, Anjana leads the ESG and impact evaluation, action plan implementation for the funds, along with stakeholder management.
In addition to an important ESG compliance function, she plays a key role in delivering additional value from systemic improvements across the portfolio. Prior to her role at the fund, she was leading the sustainability programme at IndusInd Bank. Anjana has been awarded as the ‘Top under 40’ AIF professionals in 2021
She holds a master’s in planning with specialization in Environment from School of Planning & Architecture and a bachelor’s in architecture.

Ankit is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Portfolio Management, Evaluation and Execution at Neev. Ankit has over 9 years of work experience in the Private Equity and Investment Banking industry largely in the Infrastructure, Industrials and Healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Neev Fund, he was working with India Equity Partners, a ~USD 400 Million mid-market sector agnostic fund, where he was involved in managing the portfolio companies and was active in obtaining two exits. Previously, he has also worked with o3 Capital, mid-market Investment Bank & Advisory company, where he covered the Industrials and Infrastructure segments and closed two transactions. He has also worked as audit and assurance professional with EY as a part of their Telecom & Media team. Ankit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has also cleared his Level I CFA (USA) exam. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics (Mumbai University).

Ashwin is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Evaluation, Execution, and Portfolio Management at Neev.

Ashwin has 11 years of experience in the financial services space working with Citi investment banking, Matrix Partners VC fund and TVS Infrastructure. He has been involved in many M&A and capital raising exercises in his previous stints.

He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s in engineering (Electronics) from Pune University.

He is responsible for Fund Raising, Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Execution, along with Portfolio Management at Neev.
Jai has over 12 years of experience across Fund Management, Strategic Advisory, Equity Research and Investment Banking working with Kitara Capital, AltFort Capital
He has executed various deals in the Private Equity and Investment Banking space. He has also been involved in fund raising, fund formation and strategic advisory roles.
Jai holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is an MBA in Finance from Xavier Institute of Management and Research.

Kunal is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Execution, along with Portfolio Management at Neev.
Kunal has over 6 years of experience in both Public and Private Equity Investments. Prior to joining Neev, Kunal was part of the Investment team at Tata Realty focussing on Business Development and M&A. In the past, he has also been associated with ESR India, HDFC Securities, KPMG and ART Special Situations Finance.
Kunal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Rahul is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Execution, along with Portfolio Management at Neev.
Rahul has over 17 years of experience in Fund Management, Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory. Prior to joining Neev, Rahul was part of BanyanTree Finance, a mid-market focused private equity platform, where he worked across the private equity deal lifecycle in various industries.
In the past, he has also been associated with Morpheus Capital, IndAsia Fund Advisors, Atherstone Group and Crisil.
Rahul holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a MBA in Finance from University of Mumbai.

Suken is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Execution, along with Portfolio Management at Neev.
Suken has over 12 years’ experience in fund raising, investments and asset management across Infrastructure assets working with Private Equity, Principal Investments and Advisory firms. Prior to joining Neev, Suken was part of a leading family office, where he was responsible for investing and managing mid-market opportunities. He has also been a part of Brescon Advisors, where he provided financial and strategic advisory to mid and large corporates; he was instrumental in striking a JV with Piramal group to setup a USD 1 billion special situations investment platform. He brings in strong operating experience by supporting portfolio companies in strategic initiatives/ JVs, bidding, acquisitions and project finance across roads, water, logistics, urban infrastructure assets when working with Welspun and GVK group.
Suken has completed all 3 levels of CFA program from CFA Institute, USA and holds MBA in Finance from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research.

Tejasvi has a sector agnostic ~4 years of experience from Alvarez and Marsal’s transaction advisory group. Her foundation includes an articleship at KPMG’s (BSR) Statutory audit department in Mumbai.
Tejasvi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee (NM) College of Commerce and Economics.

Vaishnavi has close to 3 years of experience in the investment banking & financial risk advisory space working in the Investment Banking team at ICICI Bank & Financial Convergence team at Deloitte.
Vaishnavi is an IIM Udaipur Gold Medalist (MBA) and holds a B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra.

Veer is responsible for Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Execution, along with Portfolio Management at Neev.
Veer has over 8 years of experience in private equity and transaction advisory. Prior to joining Neev, Veer was part of the Strategy & Transactions vertical of Ernst & Young (EY), where he worked extensively in the Due Diligence and Valuation work streams. In the past, he has also been associated with L&T Finance Limited.
Veer is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Level 3 candidate.
